Trespassing charges dropped against East Quogue woman arrested near ANG base; wrongful arrest lawsuits filed

Ms. Genovese,
So since all you want to do is make sure everyones rights are not violated and you want to support our troops. Can we assume that when you finish with your multiple lawsuits against anyone you can file against and win (since you are innocent) that you will be taking out your legal expenses and out of pocket monies and donating the remaining money to the troops? After all by making the town, sheriff and anyone else pay for their wrong doing you would have proved your point.
highhatsize--it seems that you have nothing good to say about any law enforcement no matter what the subject. I wont even reply to any of your comments. You seem to be just a little editorial kind of guy trying to make himself look like more than he really is.

To finish, thankfully we have law enforcement officers out there who are alert enough to check of things that may affect the security of our communities and nation. This seems to have gone too far but the area was posted and they were doing their job. Even if the signs we old they were still there and enforceable. There are sill "Bluelaws" on the books that are still enforceable. If you don't like them do something to remove them from the books don't cry when someone call you on them." Nov 30, 09 4:28 PM

Nancy, Just how many times are you going to post that this is your last post? I would be willing to bet that your mouth had a lot to do with the happenings on the side of the road that day. You should learn to shut it and keep it closed. " Dec 1, 09 11:24 PM

Lucky they didn't let the lawyers bargain for a little longer, the town may have had to give him a bonus too." Jun 21, 10 6:34 PM

Jury Verdict In Kabot Case: Not Guilty Of DWI

It seems to me that even if it was a setup they would have nothing if she simply took the test and came up sober. If anyone else refused to take the test their license would be automatically gone.
You can't set someone up for a DWI if they are not DWI. The video seems to show her vehicle swerving across the yellow line and you can clearly hear her refusing the test. Sometimes you have to take a little responsibility for your actions and not make a bunch of excuses. If she would have ran into or over someone that night would that also be considered part of the "setup"?" Feb 4, 11 6:58 PM

It's About Time

You assumed wrong on the online course from boatus being acceptable. I took their course last week and sent to the state parks dept to see if I could send a copy of this 3 +hour course and the fee to get the safety certificate sent to me and was told that these courses were unacceptable. I was a very complete course and even though I have been on the water for over 50 years I decided to take it so I would be in some compliance before next year came up. Now I'm seeing that all of the courses that were offered at no cost in the past are now charging fees to take them. I guess I'll just wait now until it officially say that I need the certificate before I sit for another 3 hours with an instructor. I'm thinking that Suffolk should look into these online courses because they are very good and convenient considering the amount of people that will have to be taking a safety course." 'Prince of Montauk' Dylan Eckardt Charged By East Hampton Town Police Monday With Driving Under Influence Of Drugs

There was nothing wrong with my last comment. The guy is a douche that will wind up hurting someone out on the roads and he won't even care. He says he is local but could care less about what happens out there

Former Southampton Councilman Brad Bender Sentenced To Two Years In Prison For Drug Charges

He only took an ounce of ownership to get a plea deal and not to have a longer sentence imposed." Jun 30, 16 2:19 PM

It said "Judge Spatt also said Mr. Bender made between $100 and $500 per transaction, depending on the number of pills being sold" not 100-500 per pill. You have to read and comprehend a little better before you post.
