Oddone guilty of first-degree manslaughter, jury announces Monday

Justice is served people, Anthony's attempt at showing remorse by mouthing the words "I'm sorry" to Ms.Reister is a joke. To which Ms. Reiser replied right back: "You should be", is a perfect end to this trial. Good for you Stacey!!
The apology was obviously staged by the defense for the judge and all of us to see before sentencing and thats all. It was a futile attempt to show the judge that Tony is sorry and that he is really a compassionate and caring human being. "I'm sorry that I choked your husband and father of two young children for 3 minutes because I was mad at him. Judge..really I'm sorry. Be lenient..please."
C'mon. look at your track record...REALLY.
Big Tone..you will find some new friends upstate, and on cold nights I'm sure you will find someone to keep you warm (even if your not cold)..Sorry, but that's where you belong. You killed a good family man, you snapped, just plain lost it...out of control anger and rage, the worst thing is that you probably dont even remember your fit of rage..the scary thing is that it you could have chosen any one that night to kill, unfortunatley you chose to kill Andrew. People grabbing and prying and clawing at you and telling you to stop because your killing him..you probably don't remember..or just didn't care?? Either way you are a murderer, it's plain and simple.
We all must be held accountable for our actions.
A fit of rage, a STUPID-SPLIT SECOND-VERY BAD DECISION by Mr Oddone, caused the death of another human being and has changed the lives of many people. There are no winners here, only losers. God bless Andrew Reister and his family.

It was a STUPID-SPLIT SECOND-VERY BAD DECISION (to jump onto and put Andrew into a chock hold) which inturn led to three minutes of rage, thus causing his death. If Anthony would have just let go he would'nt be in the position that he is in today. JUST LET GO, thats the difference here.

Each and every one of us are held accountable for our actions each and every day of our lives.

RIP Andrew Reister.

Good luck to the Oddone family.

Like I said there are no winners here, only losers. " Dec 16, 09 8:50 AM
