Hampton Bays Chamber Hosts San Gennaro Feast

A parade kicked off the two-day San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons on Saturday morning. The first event of its kind in Hampton Bays, the celebration was part of an effort to attract more fall visitors to the East End. The feast, on Good Ground Road, was planned an organized by Simone Scotto, owner of Scotto's Italian Pork Store on Main Street, and featured more than 50 vendors selling traditional Italian foods, conducting wine tastings and offering rides for children and adults.
OVERALL BEST FLOAT IN THE SAN GENNARO FEAST OF THE HAMPTONS PARADE 2013 GOES TO KIDS STOCK THE HOUSE!

Kids Stock the House had an AMAZING time at the San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons. The event brought the community together for fun times and good causes. Our organization won first place in the float competition for the Kids of the Ronald McDonald House and for children everywhere. We are grateful and humbled. Congratulations to all the winners and parade participants and to the directors of the Feast.
